Editorial
Editorial jobs also quite a lot of technical skill because only certain people have the ability to look at something and decide what needs to changing and then edit it, also for roles such as film editing you would need the skill to use the editing software. A script editor basically looks over the existing script and decides how it could be improved or what should be taken out of it, they will tell the script writer and they will make the changes to the script. A film editor's job is basically to use editing software to edit clips of a production together to create the final production but has to be creative to make it look as good as possible. A newspaper editor will oversee a newspaper and decide what goes in or if something needs changing, perhaps if there is an innapropriate headline or if a story has too much false information then they would ask the writer to change it or it won't be allowed in. Editorial roles usually require you to be very critical to decide if something should be included in a final production or not and could be a tedious job because it requires so much work and you could easily miss something out by accident that shouldn't be there.
